The shrink plastic piece has been created with colored pencil before it was decorated with sparkles and nail polish and then sealed with resin. I then embellished the beautiful gold frame with letter beads and layered fabric to set off the plastic piece.
The framed piece measures approximately 3" x 4" and the pin measures 1 3/4" x 2 3/8" at its widest points.
